Dealing with Back Pain While at the Office
Back pain that is generally felt by people occurs due to sitting activities. It could be due to sitting in an incorrect position or sitting for a long time or both.
1. Stretch the muscles every few hours to increase the workload of the muscles so they don't get tired easily.
2. Change your sitting position every few hours to prevent muscle fatigue.
3. Use a chair that is comfortable and in accordance with your posture. Sitting in the right position can also reduce injuries to your back.
4. Take pain medication as recommended by the doctor if the back pain becomes unbearable.
